SSJ's CRUNCHY VEG. PEANUTS PARADISE


Sunday evening and a lil hunger make my way to my fridge and search for something and i found jar of peanut butter...
...And then this idea struck in my mind.As its starting of winters so my fav.peanuts also in season.Its so easy and yummy,ready in just 5minutes...

INGREDIENTS

Bread Slices - 6
Tomato - 1small, chopped in slim small strips
Carrot (without inner yellow) - 1small, chopped in slim small strips
Capsicum - 1small, chopped
Corriander - 2tbsp chopped
Salt to taste
Fresh Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp.
Roasted Peanuts - 1tbsp., crushed
Butter - 3tsp.
Peanut Butter - 2tbsp.

METHOD
*. Mix all vegetables, peanuts, salt, pepper, peanut butter well in a bowl.
*. Spread the mixture on one slice and cover with another.Make 3sandwiches same way.
*. Grill or toast as your comfort with butter till golden crisp
*. Enjoy... :-)
