SSJ’s POTATO FENUGREEK with BOILED EGG WHITE





So Happy-Eaters, Here is the 2nd recipe for this week and trust me, its totally full of health of fenugreek and no much fat because I am using only egg white in this recipe. And the most important thing is that this recipe is so fast and quick…

INGREDIENTS

Potato – 2 ,chopped very small pieces
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp.
Fenugreek – ½ cup, chopped
Boiled Egg Whites – 2, chopped
Salt to taste
Turmeric – ¼ tsp.
Red chili powder – ¼ tsp.
Green chili – 1 chopped
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp.
Oil – 1 tbsp.

METHOD

Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste n sauté for a minute then add onion , green chili and cook till onion turns pink.
Add salt, turmeric and red chili powder and mix well.
Add fenugreek and cook for a minute.
Now add potato, mix well and cover the pan. Cook for next few minutes till potato soften.
Finally add boiled egg white and tomato ketchup and mix well and cook for a minute.
Serve hot.
