SSJ’s SPICY CAULIFLOWER STEAKS with STIR-FRY GREEN SALAD





Hey Happy-Eaters,

So here is the second recipe for the recipe week and if you are a vegetarian and missed my 1st recipe then here is the best option for you. Its healthy, tasty and so easy. Just try it once…

INGREDIENTS

For Steaks :
Cauliflower – 1cup thick sliced steaks big sizes
 Curd/ yogurt – 2tbsp.
Ginger Garlic paste – 1tbsp.
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1tsp.
Oil – 1tbsp.

For Salad :
Spinach – chopped ½ cup
Spring onion with greens – ½ cup
Capsicum – ½ cup
Salt a pinch
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp.
Soy sauce – ½ tsp.
Olive oil – ½ tsp.

METHOD

For Steaks :
Marinate the steaks with all the ingredients for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry marinated steaks from both the sides on medium flame till half soften.

For Salad :
Heat oil in a pan. Add all the vegetable and stir fry for a minute.
Add salt, black pepper powder and soy sauce and mix well.

Serve hot CAULIFLOWER STEAKS with GREEN SALAD immediately.
