Hey Happy-Eaters,

Here I am with a new recipe just for garlic lovers and yet its really delicious. So I wont  waste your time and let you catch the recipe…


For Onion :
  • Red Onion – 4-5 medium sized
  • Boiled egg whites – ½ cup, chopped
  • Spring Onion – 1chopped
  • Spring onion greens – ½ cup
  • Cabbage – ½ cup chopped
  • Oil – 1tsp.
  • Black pepper powder – ½ tsp.
  • Salt to taste.

For Sauce :
  • Garlic cloves – 15 finely chopped
  • Green chili (which one you like most) – 3-4 chopped
  • Soy sauce – 1tsp.
  • Sugar – ½ tsp.
  • Corn flour – 1tbsp.
  • Salt to taste


For Onion :
  • Peel onions and cut from down side 1/3 to get ful open side then hollow the onion till 2 covers left only.
  • Now sauté these hollowed onions in hot oil for 2 minutes and keep aside.
  • Now heat oil in a pan  and add all the vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add salt, black pepper powder and egg white and fill this mixture in onions.

For Sauce :
  • Heat ½ tsp. oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped garlic and sauté till change color then add chilies and stir fry for few minutes.
  • Add salt, soy sauce and sugar and mix well.
  • Mix corn-flour in half cup water and add to pan on high heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add stuffed onions in this sauce and cover while gas is off for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot…
