SSJ’s CHOCO APPLE SWIRLS



Hey Happy-Eaters,
                           So finally I am back to Food Blogging, to my HAPPY EATING to share my passion, my cooking experience again with you. For a good starting why not start with a sweet recipe so here come one of the best recipe I have made (as I think).. So just have a look and try it once…

INGREDIENTS

Apple – 1
Powdered sugar – ¼ cup (or according to taste)
Coconut powder – ¼ cup
Chocolate Syrup/ Melted syrup – 2tbsp.
Khoya -150gms.
Butter – 1tsp.
Lemon juice – few drops

METHOD

Heat Khoya in a pan and sauté till soft, don’t make it brown. Keep aside to cool it.
Grate the apple and soak in water mixed with some drops of lemon juice.
Now add powdered sugar and coconut powder in khoya and mix well.
Keep grated apple from water and mix chocolate syrup with apple.
Now rub butter on a clear sheet. Spread khoya mixture evenly on it.
Now spread apple mixture over khoya mixture evenly.
Now roll it slowly and close tightly from both the sides and put in freeze for 2 hours to set.
After 2 hours keep it out of fridge, take this roll out of clear sheet and cut the pieces softly and serve chill.

So it was so simple and easy recipe to make it in a quick. Just try it once n I bet, you’ii love it. Now wait for my next recipe… till then happy and safe cooking..
