Hey Happy Eaters,
Posting a recipe after a long time here but I was bit busy
arranging my catering team now a days. So now coming to the recipe, its really
simple salad with have some Authentic flavors of Coleslaw (but without any
Mayo) with some spice flavors too. Try it once…
INGREDIENTS
Soya chunks – 1 cup, soaked
Sesame seeds – 2tbsp., lightly dry roasted
Cabbage – ½ cup , shredded
Carrots – ½ , shredded/ juliennes
French Beans – ½ cup, cut in 1 inches
Garlic – 2cloves, crushed
Sesame oil – 2tbsp.
Salt to taste
Pepper powder – ½
tsp.
Red chili powder – ¼ tsp.
Curd – ½ cup
METHOD
Mix curd with salt, some pepper powder, red chili powder
well and marinate soaked soya chunks in it for minimum 30 minutes.
Now heat a pan, add 1tbsp. sesame oil and sauté marinates
soya chunks for 3-4 minutes and keep aside.
Now heat another 1tbsp. sesame oil in pan, add crushed
garlic and sauté for few seconds.
Now add beans and
carrots first and sauté for 2 minutes, add shredded cabbage and salt, pepper
powder, some sesame seeds and sauté another 1 minute.
Now for serving adjust all the vegetables in your salad
palate, top it with soya chunks and garnish with a sprinkle of roasted sesame
seeds and little drizzle of sesame oil and serve.
So make it, have it and enjoy…
