In last few days, many recipes posted and now I am bit tired so I think its time for a simple, easy and so quick recipe and also one of my favorite one.
SSJ’s BANANA EGGLESS PANCAKES
All purpose flour ( Maida) – 1cup
Banana – 2 , fully ripe
Milk – ½ cup
Cinnamon Powder – 1tsp.
Sugar – 1tbsp.
Baking Soda – ½ tsp.
Butter /Oil – 2 tsp.
For Serving :
Corn syrup – 4tbsp.
Cinnamon powder – pinch
Mash bananas finely with help of a fork.
Mix flour with sugar, baking powder and cinnamon powder.
Add mashed bananas and mix well.
Now add milk slowly and mix well to get a thick batter. Keep it aside for 5minutes.
Heat a flat pan with 1 tsp. oil/butter.
Add a ladle of banana-flour mix on pan and let it cook on medium heat for a minute when sides start going brown.
Change the side of pancake and let it cook for another side.
Mix cinnamon powder with corn syrup and serve hot pancakes with it.
So I don’t think that pancakes can be easier than this. Try it and enjoy…
