simple and so easy to make in just few minutes…
SSJ’s BARBECUE/ ROASTED CRISPY CORNS
INGREDIENTS
Frozen Sweet Corn – 2 cups ( I have used my Homemade Sweet
Corns)
Salt to taste
Red chili powder – ¼ tsp.
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp.
Worcestershire sauce – 2tbsp.
Garlic powder – ½ tsp. (you can use fresh finely chopped
garlic also)
Ginger – 1tsp, finely chopped
Onion – ¼ chopped
Green chilies – 1-2 chopped
Coriander – for garnish
Corn flour – 2tbsp.
Oil – ½ tsp.
METHOD
Thaw frozen sweet corn and marinate with Worcestershire sauce,
salt, ¼ tsp. black pepper, red chili powder, garlic powder, chopped ginger for
10-15 minutes.
Preheat your Barbecue/ Tandoor/ Oven on high level. Now
spread corn flour in a bowl and put marinated sweet corns in corn flour and
roll well that they will coated with corn flour.
Now for Barbecue, roll in marinated sweet corns in Corns
Covers and close tightly and put on Barbecue for 7-8 minutes.
If you are using Tandoor then roast marinated sweet corns
for 10 minutes approximately. In between just mix them 3-4 times that they will
roast evenly.
For Oven, roast marinated sweet corns on 220 degrees for
12-15 minutes.
now heat a pan with ½ tsp. oil. Add onion and chilies, sauté
for a minute. Add Roasted sweet corns, salt, ¼ tsp. black pepper powder,
chopped coriander and serve hot with lemon slices immediately.
So is it not simple??? And also using just little bit oil so
like oil free also.
Enjoy…
