SSJ’s CORNFLAKES & CHOCO COOKIES BALLS





Its another recipe of mine which comes in mind when I have leftover chocolate cookies in my kitchen, they are still crunchy but they are sooo sweet so no one wants to eat them so I gave a makeover to them… here is the recipe…



INGREDINETS



Chocolate Cookies – 10-12 pieces

Chocolate – 2 tsp. melted

Cream – 2tsp.

Cornflakes  - ¼ cup, slightly crushed



METHOD



Put choco cookies in a mixer and grind roughly.

Melt chocolate in a pan/bowl. Add fresh cream and cook for 2 minutes.

Add this sauce in grinded cookies and mix well.

Crush cornflakes with your hands and mix in.

Now take handful of this mixture and make small balls.

Put them for just 10-15 minutes in fridge and they are ready to eat.
