SSJ's EASIEST BARBECUE FISH



Hey Happy Eaters,

So its time for a fish recipe. normally i have cook fish rarely so i have tried barbeque this time and this come out delicious. just try it on weekend and you'll fall in love with it.


INGREDIENTS



Fish fillet – 400 gms. (any fish)

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp.

Red chili paste – 2 tsp.

Ginger – ½ tbsp. finely chopped

Garlic – 1tbsp. finely chopped

Oil – ¼ tsp.

Worcestershire sauce – ½ tbsp.



METHOD



Slit fish fillet slightly with knife and marinate with all the ingredients. try to push ginger-garlic in slits. Marinate it for 2-3 hours to get better taste.

Heat barbecue/ tandoor and cook fish till soften (approx 5-6 minutes).

Serve hot with barbecue sauce.
