In last few days, I have posted many recipes but as I have all time favorite “Kebabs” so want to try with something new and one of our fellow gave idea about “Reddish Cutlets”. Now it’s the time for me to do experiment with Reddish and final result is a amazing flavored Roasted Reddish Kebabs came out.
SSJ’s ROASTED REDDISH KEBABS
Reddish – 2 cups, grated
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp.
Ginger – ½ tsp. , finely chopped
Green chili – 1, finely chopped
Coriander – 1 tsp., chopped
Sugar – ½ tsp.
Bread crumbs – 2tbsp.
Salt to taste
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Dry mango powder – ¼ tsp.
Put grated reddish with pinch of salt, bread crumbs and sugar in mixer and make a coarse mixture.
Keep it aside for 5 minutes, reddish will leave water.
Take handful mixture and take off water and do the same with whole mixture.
Now add all the ingredients in reddish mixture and make balls then flatten them to get good kebabs.
Preheat your Tandoor/Oven on high heat (for oven 220 degree). Put kebabs in Tandoor/Oven for 5-7 minutes and you will get crispy spicy Roasted Reddish Kebabs.
Serve it any sauce of your choice as I have served it with my “Homemade Thai Sweet Chili Sauce”.
