SSJ’s HOMEMADE CORN TORTILLAS



INGREDIENTS



Maize Flour (Makki ka Atta) – 1 cup

All purpose Flour (Maida) – ¾ cup

Oil – 1tbsp.

Salt – a pinch



METHOD



Mix both flours in a deep bowl.Add salt and oil and mix well.

Now kneed the flour with some warm water till you get a soft dough.

Now let it stand for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, kneed for 2 more minutes.This quantity of dough can make 6 tortillas of 6inches. Now take one part and roll it.
Roll it with a roller pin as thin as you can.
Roll all the Tortillas same way.

Heat a flat griddle and cook these tortillas from both sides for just 30 seconds and its ready to eat.

You can make tortilla chips with it, can fill and make soft tacos, make Fajitas, Quesadillas and much more… you can store them in you freezer for a long time also.
