SSJ’s FASTEST BREAD NOODLES
Bread Slices – 2
Garlic – 2cloves, finely chopped
Cabbage – ¼ cup sliced
Spring onion – 1, sliced
Spring onion greens – 3-4 tsp, chopped
Capsicum – ½ , thinly sliced
Onion – ½ sliced
Soy sauce – ½ tbsp.
Vinegar – 1tsp.
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp.
Chili sauce – 1tbsp.
Oil – 2tsp.
Make bread slices flat with a roller pin completely and cut in strips of ½ cm. thick.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onions and sauté for 1 minute.
Add all other vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and mix well.
At last at bread stripes and mix well softly that bread will coat all the flavors but don’t break them.
Serve hot with garnish of spring onion greens.
